The Millionaire Club:

We can make your dreams a reality at Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness. So join the challenge to be inducted into the Multi-Millionaire Club. Members are required to use their TechnoGym Smart Key during all work-outs to track the amount of weight lifted. You don’t have to be a muscle man or wonder woman—do your work-out as programmed, build up your endurance and strength over time and feel the “rich” health benefits with every exercise session. This is an on-going club; as you near the required 25 million pounds (all data is tracked by staff) you will be notified & information will be collected to reward you appropriately for making the club.

For more information & to get your Smart Key programmed or adjusted please see a Fitness Assistant!

Fitness Forum 5K-15K Running-Training Program:

Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness is providing a running/training program for those that want to accomplish their first (or another) 5K/15K race. This is designed to aid those that have never done a running/competition race before, or those that may need some direction and guidance while participating. This program will offer a multitude of benefits such as: one New Leaf metabolic test (active treadmill VO2 test or a resting metabolic rest test); this is an educational portion to know your baseline aerobic fitness and ability or a proper caloric intake number pre-training. Members will learn how to run in a group formation, tips on how to compete, how to improve running technique and training towards the Marshall County Blueberry Festival Labor Day 5K race. Runners should wear appropriate workout/running apparel and must supply own water.

Program Dates:
Week of June 11-August 27th
REGISTER BY: June 8th
Member Cost: $75
Non-Member Cost: $100

Every participant will receive:
A structured running training program for a total of 12 weeks and the opportunity to run as a training group once/week and receive individual coaching on that designated day. Program cost also includes an “In Training with FFSW” t-shirt & one New Leaf metabolism test.

Race registration not included for Monday 9/3/12 Blueberry Race Day.
