Youth & Senior Programming

The LifePlex PlayHouse

The LifePlex PlayHouse offers quality childcare for children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Children will enjoy coloring contests, arts & crafts, monthly birthday parties, and much more! The PlayHouse is located just inside the main entrance of LifePlex. The PlayHouse staff is available to watch your children while you exercise, have lunch, or see a doctor while inside the LifePlex building. Our drop off is open Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm and 4-8pm, Saturdays, 8am-12pm. A day pass includes a 3-hour stay/day for members and a 2- hour stay/day for non-members. Additional fees apply for additional hours. The PlayHouse staff also provides childcare for the LifePlex Dance Academy from 7-10pm during monthly dance parties, please call in advance to reserve space.

Kids Nite Out
Ages New Born to 13 Years Old

Members and non members are invited to plan a night out for their kids and themselves. Staff at Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness will watch the kids during these designated hours. Kids from new born to age 13 will have a variety of activities planned for them. Areas being utilized will include the Play house, Kidz Zone, gymnasium, Rock Wall, swimming pZool, dodge ball courts and a movie studio. Food & beverages will be served. A minimum of 25 pre-paid and registered children are needed for this event to take place.

Time: 5pm-9pm
Dates: November 18th and December 16th
Register by the Wednesday prior event.
Member $5 per child | Non-member: $5 per child

The Kidz Klub
Ages 7 to 13 Years Old

Kidz Klub is a chance for kids to learn about improving health and being physically active in a fitness environment. The Kidz Klub offers an organized, non-competitive play in a safe structured, supervised atmosphere.

Meets Monday - Friday
6-8pm January - April 2012
FREE to members
Non Member Cost: $2.00

Kids Yoga
Ages 7 and up

Kids Yoga physically enhances flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.

Meets at 10am every
Saturday in February in Studio 1 with Sarah.
Free to Members
Non-members: $5.00/child

The Rock Wall
For All Ages

Come in and climb the "Rock!" If you have not discovered our rock wall, now is the time to experience this full body challenge. You will be belayed by one of our trained rock wall staff.

The rock wall is open: Monday - Friday, 5pm-8pm and Saturday 10am-2pm
FREE to Members
$5.00 Day Pass (Rock Wall Only) for Non- Members

AFTERSCHOOL Art Club
For Cool Creative Kids! Grades 1-5

After School Art Club at LifePlex is a place where kids will learn the basic fundamentals of drawing, painting, and sculpture and will see art from the Masters. Open-ended projects are used to let children explore his/her creativity. We need five students to run the program if you are interested please sign up at the front desk. Dates and times will be provided once we have a group. Each session is $36. Supplies included
