Group Swim Lessons |
| All lessons consist of 8 - 40 minute sessions. Our instructors are nationally certified in CPR, AED, and first aid. A certified lifeguard is always on duty. We must have a minimum of 3 students to have a group lesson. There is a maximum of 6 students per teacher. |

Whether you are new to swimming or want to improve your swimming techniques, there are programs for all ages! Our pools are warm and inviting. Private lessons are always available. Master Swim: The Ultimate Swimming Workout |
The ultimate swimming workout that will help you refine your strokes to increase efficiency, endurance and swim distance. Students will be challenged to keep improving their technique and gradually increase their effort and yardage to improve their fitness and endurance.

Master Swim
Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30am for structured lap swimming.There will be multiple workouts to choose from depending on your swimming ability. This is perfect for master’s swimmers, triathletes or anyone who loves to swim. |

AquaLite
AquaLite emphasizes good body mechanics, keeping joints in a stable and functional position. A great class for members with mobility issues or those who are new to aquatic exercise. Swimming skills are not necessary. |

AquaPower
Using the natural resistance of the water is an enjoyable way to get or stay in shape. Swimming skills are not necessary to share in the benefits of flexibility, muscular toning and cardiovascular fitness. |

SilverSneakersSplash®
Activate your aqua exercise! This class will improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kick board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. |

Finning
Finning is a challenging, high intensity class. Swimming skills are recommended but not required. Class size is limited due to the number of fins available. You may bring your own if you have them. |

Aquatic Arthritis
This class is for people who have joint or mobility problems. This is a no impact, light intensity class to loosen up our joints or for those who need light physical activity. Classes take place in the Therapy Pool. |

Splash of Dance
Splash of Dance is for the beginner thru the experienced person with a variety of music for someone who wants to raise the heartrate. If you can "step in place" or get a little "funky" this is for you. There will even be "freestyle" for the total enthusiast. Upper and lower body workout with a little bit of laughter will be targeted.
