Side Plank Crunches

  1. Turn on one side, with one foot on top of one another (a modification to this exercise is taking your lower leg and making a ninety degree angle behind your body).
  2. Lift up on your elbow, directly underneath your shoulder, throwing your hips up as high as you can.
  3. Balance is key, bring your top leg up as high as you can, pinching your oblique.
  4. Resume beginning position and repeat. 
    3 sets of 15 reps/leg.
