Side Plank Crunches
- Turn on one side, with one foot on top of one another (a modification to this exercise is taking your lower leg and making a ninety degree angle behind your body).
- Lift up on your elbow, directly underneath your shoulder, throwing your hips up as high as you can.
- Balance is key, bring your top leg up as high as you can, pinching your oblique.
- Resume beginning position and repeat.Â
3 sets of 15 reps/leg.
