Fitness Forum's annual BEST LOSER contest is fresh and challenging in 2014. The program
starts with the first weigh-in on Monday, January 6 at 5-8:30PM.
This program will be full of motivation and exercise.
This year adds a new element during the 10 week contest, PERSONAL TRAINING sessions! Each person will be placed on a training team, Team Stephanie or Team Julie. There will be 6 Free Personal Training sessions during the Best Loser program.
“Battle Nights” will be announced at the 1st weigh-in. “Battle Night” training sessions are to get you moving & feeling challenged to “Fight for Fitness!”The winner of the contest with the most percent of body weight lost will win the grand prize of $500. Cost of the program is $40 single entry, register now through December 31st. Rates go up on Thursday January 2nd to $50.

Fitness Blitz! Saturday, February 1st from 8AM-12PM
Staff will assess your Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Waist to Hip Circumference, Cardio Fitness, Strength, and Flexibility.

Healthy Heart Measurements February 2nd - 7th
February is American Heart Month and Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness is offering health screenings during the week of February 2nd - 7th.
Take your first step to a healthy heart with us because every year about 715,000 Americans have a heart attack. About 600,000 people die from heart disease in the United States each year. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women and costs the United States $312.6 billion each year.
The situation is alarming, but there is good news- heart disease is preventable and controllable!
Come into Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness the week of February 2nd-7th to receive a waist to hip measurement and learn your risk for cardiovascular health this February during American Heart Month. Participants will learn their results and receive an explanation about their risk factors
