Plymouth Fit Boot Camp
This weight loss boot camp will hold you account- able for your exercise routine and give you nutrition guidelines to follow as well as meal tracking sheets to be turned in each week. The classes combine traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with intervals of cardio and strength training. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work.
All the major muscle groups will be worked. Cost includes 16 Boot Camp workout sessions, meal tracking sheets, before and after fitness evaluations and a survivors T-shirt. Our goal is to help you reach yours whether it’s weight loss, increased fitness level or to simply add something new to your current workout routine.

Back to Nature Tai Chi

This 4 week class will cover the basic concepts of Tai Chi and Qi Qong and teach the health and wellbeing benefits of each. Tai Chi is a soft martial art, a moving meditation and a powerful key to relaxation and increased mental focus for the purposes of health and longevity.
