Kids Nite Out
6 Weeks Old to 13 Years Old
Members and non-members are invited to plan a night out for their kids and themselves. Staff at Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness will watch the kids during these designated hours. Kids from 6 weeks old to age 13 will have a variety of activities planned for them. Areas being utilized will include the Play house, Kidz Zone, gymnasium, Rock Wall, swimming pool, dodge ball courts and a movie studio. Food & beverages will be served. A minimum of 30
pre-paid and registered children are needed for this event to take place.

Kidz Klub
Ages 7 to 13 Years Old
Kids klub is a chance for kids to learn about improving health and being physically active in a fitness environment. The kids klub offers an organized, non-competitive play in a safe, structured, supervised atmosphere.
Monday - Friday 6-8PM
Members Cost: Free
Non-Members: $2 Per Session
*Parent must be in facility for child to attend.

Children 13 and under must be supervised by a parent/guardian 18 or older or in a staff supervised program.
The Great Adventure Race Summer Camp includes activites that will mentally challenge the children with education-based learning on nutrition, physical activity, and science projects using clues given throughout the afternoon to advance in the “Great Race”.

LifePlex Dance Academy
Dance Camp
"Experience Experiment Through Dance"
All kids ages 7-12 years old will have fun with activities such as games, poetry, music, and imitating, as we experiment with them through the dance. The information that is gathered from the dance experimentation will be applied to choreography. Surprise, surprise a dance is born! There will be a performance on the last day.

Climb The Rockwall
Come in and climb the “Rock”! If you have not discovered our rock wall, now is the time to experience this full body challenge. You will be belayed by one of our trained rock wall staff.
The rock wall is open:
Monday-Friday from 5PM to 8PM and Saturday 10AM - 2PM.
Non-Member cost: $5
