Free for all members

Staff will assess your blood pressure, resting heart rate, body weight, body fat percentage, waist and hip circumference, and flexibility.  We will make a data comparison to see how far you have come or what you should focus on to improve your work-out sessions.  This is a great way to track your fitness progress and to talk with a coach on how to re-direct your exercise sessions to continue getting healthier!
